Polling a document using a sub-address and password
Enter the sub-address and password to retreve (pollng) documents stored on a
remote machne's bulletn box.
NOTE
Frst check the bulletn box sub-address and password on the remote machne.

Press <Fax> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.

Press [Others], [Next], [FPollng].

Use the numerc keys to enter the sub-address of the bulletn box, then press
[Enter].

Use the numerc keys to enter the password, and then press [Enter].
• Up to 20 dgts ncludng
• If a password s not requred, press [Enter] wthout enterng anythng and
proceed to step 5.

Press [Enter] to return to the standby dsplay.
6
Specfy the destnaton and begn pollng.
The numerc keys, address book and group dalng can be used.
and can be entered for passwords.
