Setting the next document

When you set the "Sort copy", "Card copy", "Combned copy" or "Duplex copy" func-
tons, the next documents wll be scanned mmedately after the ntal documents.
You can scan the documents n dfferent szes, or copy usng both the ADF and
document glass.
NOTE
The default settng for ths mode s "No" when usng the ADF, and "Yes" when usng
the document glass.

Set the document on the ADF or the document glass. (See page 1-33 and 1-34.)

Set "Sort copy", "Card copy", "Combne copy" or "Duplex copy".
• "Card copy" functon cannot be used wth the ADF.

Press <Start>.
• When loadng the document on the document glass, proceed to step 5.
• When loadng the document n the ADF, proceed to the next step.

Press [Yes] whle the document s beng scanned.

Set the next document on the ADF or the document glass.
• You can change the document type, scannng contrast and scan sze for the
next document.
