1. Remove printer/base from
base pan (section 5.6).
2. Remove two springs (4S3-
2380) at location A in figure,
right.
3. Remove four springs (4S3-
2379) at location B in figure,
right.
See IMPORTANT note on
next page (step 9).
4. Remove release holder.
Push back on seal/no seal
lever to provide clearance.
5. Remove release lever by
sliding it straight out.
6. Maneuver retard gap plate to
free it, and slide to right side
to remove it.
