Resets critical trouble errors due to over-current flowing the head.

Initializes the timer.
Initializes the cutter cumulative counter.
Initializes the CR motor service life counter.
Initializes the PF motor service life counter.
Initializes the cleaning wiper service life counter.
Initializes the head 1 nozzle service life counter.
