Falling Event Index – The index of the event to use if an alarm is triggered by
monitored variables reaching or crossing below the falling threshold. If there is no
corresponding entry in the event control table, then no event will be generated.
(Range: 0-65535)
Owner – Name of the person who created this entry. (Range: 1-127 characters)
