Configure the maximum amount of data that the Junos logging utility writes to a log file
before archiving it (closing it, compressing it, and changing its name to
logfile
The utility then opens and writes to a new file called
number of archive files that the utility creates in this way, see files.
—Maximum size of each system log file, in kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB), or

gigabytes (GB).
Syntax:
xk
to specify the number of kilobytes,
for the number of gigabytes
Range: 64 KB through 1 GB
Default: 1 MB for MX Series routers
