To remove either size of SATA SSD in a QFX10000:
Attach the ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect the strap to the ESD

Loosen the two captive screws of the SATA SSD on the control panel by using the

Phillips (+) screwdriver, number 1.
Grasp the faceplate of the SATA SSD by the captive screws and slide the drive out of

the control panel (see

Place the SATA SSD in an electrostatic bag or on an antistatic mat.

Replace the drive with either a new SATA SSD or with a slot cover.
