To pack a QFX10000 for shipping:
Power down the chassis and remove the power cables. See
1.
QFX10000" on page 241.
Remove the cables that connect the QFX10000 to all external devices.
2.
Remove all line cards and pack them in their original shipping containers.
3.
Install cover panels over blank slots.
4.
Leave components that came installed in the chassis in the chassis, such as the Control
Boards or power supplies.
