*Note*
This command only issues the instruction to power-off.
The result of the instruction can be checked by the "showpparprogress".
The showpparprogress command lets you check the progress of the process of
stopping the physical partition. When a command prompt is returned, it means
that he process of stopping the physical partition is complete.
