Remedy
Pump works with difficulty, dirt in the
pump area
• Clean
Pump is not pressed to a full stroke
• Adjust according to the operating
instructions
Pump valve does not close correctly
• Remove and clean or replace
• Replace with recommended oil
• Clean or replace all measuring
valves
• Repair or replace
• Drive with thicker oil
• Reduce the pump stroke
Pump not running
• Repair, adjust or replace
Main pipe torn
• Repair or replace
System has no oil
• Vent the system (see chapter
Central chain lubrication system)
Dirt
• Clean the system and clean or
replace all measuring valves.
Pipe jammed
• Repair or replace
• Replace with recommended oil
