Preselecting Baling Pressure

Relieve the pressure from the clamping cylinders of the floor conveyor after every use.
The shut-off valve (2) is moved in the shown position to set the baling pressure.
A pressure range of 50 - 200 bar is provided for baling pressure adjustment.

Setting the Baling Pressure:
1. Loosen anti-twist lock (3)
2. Screw in the handwheel (4) completely clockwise.
3. Open the tailgate of the round baler completely. (The hydraulic system of the machine is
pressurised in this process). The indicator on the pressure gauge (1) stops when the
highest pressure is reached.)
4. Close tailgate again (tractor hydraulics on "Lowering").
5. Rotate the handwheel slowly anticlockwise until the indicator on the pressure gauge shows
the desired baling pressure.
6. Tighten anti-twist lock (3) again.
