The height of the baffle plate (1) can be adjusted to the swath. Position I is the factory default
setting. If the crop is very moist, moving the baffle plate to position II is recommended.

Moving baffle plate (1) from position I to position II
On the left-hand and right-hand side of the machine
• To dismount the bar (2),
• pull out linch pin (3).
• loosen coach bolt (4).
• remove bar.
• Pull out linch pin (5).
• Move screw connection (6) one hole deeper.
• Move baffle plate (1) in the upper bore hole and secure with linch pin (5).
• To mount the bar,
• insert coach bolt (4) into the front rectangular bore hole (7) and fasten with spacer tube,
disc and locknut.
• place the bar onto the bolt (3) and secure with linch pin (3).
Moving baffle plate (1) from position II to position I
On the left-hand and right-hand side of the machine
• To dismount the bar (2),
• pull out linch pin (3).
• loosen coach bolt (4).
• remove bar.
• Pull out linch pin (5).
• Move screw connection (8) one hole up.
• Move baffle plate (1) into the lower bore hole and secure with linch pin (5).
• To mount the bar,
• insert coach bolt (4) into the rear rectangular bore hole (9) and fasten with spacer tube,
disc and locknut.
• place the bar onto the bolt (3) and secure with linch pin (3).
