Pressure is supplied to the machine hydraulics through hoses from the tractor. Along with
various parts, the shut-off valve (1) on the left hydraulic cylinder should be mentioned.
It is designed as a safety component to prevent the tailgate from closing unintentionally.
Position "a"
Hydraulic cylinder return locked. The tailgate cannot be closed.
Always move the shut-off valve to position "a" for work inside the bale chamber and on the
open tailgate.
Position "b"
Hydraulic cylinder return opened. The tailgate can be closed.
To close the tailgate always return the shut-off valve to position "b" after working inside the bale
chamber or on the tailgate.
