WARNING!
There is an increased risk of injury if you operate the machine using the emergency
manual activation.
When the machine is operated using the emergency manual activation, functions are executed
immediately without safety prompts. This means there is an increased risk of injury.
• Only persons who are familiar with the machine are permitted to perform an emergency
manual activation.
• The person performing the test must know which machine parts are moved by controlling
the valves.
• The manipulation of the valves must only be carried out from a safe position outside the
range of the machine parts which are moved by the actuators.
• Make certain there are no persons, animals or objects in the danger zone.

The electromagnetic valves (2) are located on the right-hand side of the machine behind the
guard.
An emergency hand operation of the motional function of the pick-up and the zero setting of
blades can be carried out at the electromagnetic valves, if the comfort controls fails.
To do this:
• Screw in the subjacent slot screw (1) or the knurled head screw until the pick-up can be
lifted or lowered directly from the position of the control valve at the tractor.
Note
As soon as the comfort controls works correctly again, the slot screw or the knurled head screw
at the electromagnetic valve have to be screwed out. The operation of the pick-up via comfort
controls is only ensured in this way.
