needed for the VFD to decelerate from Max. output
frequency (P00.03) to 0hz.
Setting range of P21.20: 0.01–300.00s
Setting range of P21.21: 0.01–300.00s
Set the hold time of waiting when target positioning
position is reached.
Setting range: 0.000–60.000s
0.00–50.00Hz

The hold time of positioning completion signal, this
parameter is also valid for positioning completion
signal of spindle orientation.
