These are errors detected at current value change, speed change or target
position change.
The error codes, causes, processing and corrective actions are shown in Table
1.6.
Error cause
• The current value was
changed during positioning
control of the applicable
axis.
• The current value was
changed for the axis that
had not been started.
• The current value was
changed for the servo OFF
axis.
• The speed was changed for
the axis during home
position return.
• The speed after speed
change is set outside the
range of 0 to speed limit
value.
• The absolute value of speed
after speed change is set
outside the range of 0 to
speed limit value.
• The current value was
changed outside the range
of 0 to 35999999 ( 10
