6 POSITIONING CONTROL

POINT
Do not set the travel value to "0" for fixed-pitch feed control.
The following results if the travel value is set to "0":
(1) If the travel value of both is set to "0", fixed-pitch feed completion without fixed-
pitch feed.
(1) The feed current value is changed to "0" at the start.
When fixed-pitch feed control is executed in the absolute position system, the feed
current value that is restored when the control circuit power supply of the servo
amplifier or the Multiple CPU system power supply is turned ON again, may be
different from the feed current value before the power supply was turned ON
again.
Program for fixed-pitch feed control using 2 axes linear interpolation is shown as the
following conditions.
(1) System configuration
Fixed-pitch feed control using 2 axes linear interpolation of Axis 2 and Axis 3.
