– E7-8800 v3: The maximum QPI transmission rate is 9.6 GT/s, and the
two-way transmission bandwidth of a single QPI port is 24 GB/s.
– E7-8800 v4: The maximum QPI transmission rate is 9.6 GT/s, and the
two-way transmission bandwidth of a single QPI port is 24 GB/s.
DMI2: Direct Media Interface generation 2, used to interconnect CPUs and
platform controllers.
SMI2: Scalable Memory Interface generation 2, used as the interface between
a CPU and a memory buffer.
