7.7.2 Switching from the Dual-system to the Single-system

This topic describes how to switch the RH8100 V3 from the dual-system to the
single-system.
Scenarios
Switch the operating mode of the RH8100 V3 from the dual-system to the single-
system.
Impact on the System
After the operating mode is switched from the dual-system to the single-system,
the management IP address of the standby iBMC is lost, and the user name and
password are restored to default values: root and Huawei12#$ respectively.
Prerequisites
Conditions
The RH8100 V3 is operating properly.
