Connect the chassis power cables to external power supplies. If the server
does not power on automatically, see
When the server is powered on, iBMC is also powered on automatically.
Log in to iBMC.

Use iBMC to power off the server.
On the menu bar, choose Power.
In the left panel, choose Power Control.
The Power Control page is displayed on the right.
In the Virtual Power Button area, click Power Off. The message "Operation
succeeded" is displayed.
After the server is powered off, iBMC is still available, but the CPUs and DIMMs are
powered off.
Set the operating mode. Then iBMC restarts automatically.
