2.6.7 LAMP DOOR INTERLOCK

The lamp door interlock is located on the lamp door skin, mounted to the lamp door support bar.
(20 minutes)
1. Open the rear lamp door.
2. Remove top lid. Refer to
3. Disconnect the red and black leads from the lamp door interlock (Figure 2-26, A).
4. Use a #1 Phillips™ to remove the 2 screws and nuts securing the switch to the bracket (Figure 2-
26, B).
5. Reverse the above steps to reinstall.

2.6.8 LAMP BALLAST

The lamp ballast comes with the lamp igniter built in and is located at the rear of the projector, attached
to the base plate.
(60 minutes; includes 10 minute LampLOC™ alignment)
1. Open the rear lamp door skin.
2. Remove top lid. Refer to

5. Disconnect the AC power harness by pushing
in on the clip (Figure 2-27).
