2.8.3 INTEGRATOR ASSEMBLY

The integrator assembly is mounted on the light tube of the IOS. It runs through a firewall cutout,
which separates the lamp housing from the light engine.
(40 minute; includes 10 minutes for MCGD calibration & 10 minutes for alignment)
1. Remove top lid. Refer to
on page
2-10.
2. Remove exhaust panel skin. Refer to
2.5.9 Exhaust Panel Skin, on page
3. Remove the 6 screws securing the high
security cover, unlock the high security
access lock, lift the lid and slide out.
4. Use a #2 Phillips™ to remove the 8
screws around the light engine cover
and a flat head screwdriver to remove
the 2 captive screws. NOTE: Cutouts in
the cover provide access to the captive
screws.
5. Use a #2 Phillips™ to remove the 1
screw securing the firewall, which
separates the lamp housing and the light
engine (Figure 2-55).
6. Use a 2mm Allen™ key to remove the 6 hex screws securing the integrator cover (Figure 2-56).
