Integrating smoothly into traditional projection environments, such as theatres and other wide screen exhibitor venues, the CP2000-M/MR offers stunning wide screen high-resolution cinema images that remain flawless from first release to final show.
Parts and Module Replacement This section includes all parts and module replacement procedures for the CP2000-M/MR. Refer to 2.2 Index of Parts and Modules for a list of available replacement parts and the page number on which the procedure begins.
INDEX OF PARTS AND MODULES All replacement parts and accessories for the CP2000-M/MR projector can be found in Table 2.2 and Table 2.3. Each table contains a description of the part, the service kit part number and the page on which its replacement procedure begins, if any.
ALLOW LAMP AND PROJECTOR TO COOL DOWN Once the projector is powered down, allow the cooling fans to automatically turn OFF before disconnecting from AC and opening the projector. This takes approximately 15 minutes. CP2000-M/MR Service Booklet 020-100220-02 Rev. 1 (07/08)

NOTES: 1) All lens types use the same lens flag for both zoom and focus (#021-101504-xx). 2) All lenses have a zoom and focus lens flag, except for the 1.05:1 lens, which only has 1 flag for focus.

UV HAZARD: Wear authorized protective clothing when servicing the main blower assembly. The lamp adjuster assembly is located directly between the reflector assembly and the lamp blower module, at the back of the CP2000-M/MR. (60 minutes; includes 10 minute LampLOC™ alignment) 1. Use caution when working in and around fan assemblies. Fingers can get caught in fan blades. The 4 intake fans, attached to the cardcage compartment of the CP2000-M/MR, are used to draw filtered air into the cardcage compartment and the light engine.

Section 4: Troubleshooting OVERVIEW The CP2000-M/MR offers a comprehensive system of diagnostics, tracking a wide range of conditions and alerting the operator to a potential problem by displaying specific status information on the Control Display Panel (CDP), through the web ui, or via available internal or external LEDs.
Refer to this section if the existing problem can not be eliminated through proper projector adjustment. For more information, refer to the CP2000-M/MR User Manual (020-100123-xx). Note the symptoms present and work through the appropriate troubleshooting steps to determine the probable source of the problem.
