11. Remove the 2 hex screws (5mm) securing the assembly to the IOS (1 of 2 shown in Figure 2-21,
B).
12. Use a #3 Phillips™ to unscrew the ballast wire nut (Figure 2-21, D).
13. Carefully remove the entire lamp adjuster assembly.
14. To reinstall, reverse the above steps.
15. Perform LampLOC™ alignment. For details, refer to the CP2000-M/MR User Manual (020-
100123-xx).

2.6.4 REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY (INCLUDING HEAT DUMP)

(40 minutes; includes 10 minute LampLOC™ Alignment)
1. Open the rear lamp door.

4. Remove the 4 hex screws (5mm) from the reflector assembly bracket mount. Three of these screws
are located on the bracket outside the reflector. (Figure 2-22, A). The 4th screw is located inside
the casing below the reflector (Figure 2-22, B).
5. Carefully lift the reflector assembly straight up and out of the unit, being careful not to touch the
UV filter glass.
