2.6.3 LAMP ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

UV HAZARD: Wear authorized protective clothing when servicing the main blower
assembly.
The lamp adjuster assembly is located directly between the reflector assembly and the lamp blower
module, at the back of the CP2000-M/MR.
(60 minutes; includes 10 minute LampLOC™ alignment)
1. Open the rear lamp door.
2. Remove top lid. Refer to

6. Unlock the 2 P-clips to free the lamp adjuster harnesses (Figure 2-21, C).

7. Use a #1 Phillips™ to remove the 8 screws securing the cardcage faceplate and pull the cardcage
forward a few centimeters to gain access to the stepper driver board (SDB).
8. Remove the 6 screws securing the high security cover, unlock the high security access lock, lift the
lid and slide out.
9. Reach behind the cardcage to disconnect the motor harnesses from the SDB. Refer to the
Interconnection Drawing.
10. Use a #1 Phillips™ to loosen the ground strap (Figure 2-21, A).
