Section 4: Parts and Module Replacement

4.6.3 Remove the Lamp Door Interlock Switch

(16 minutes)
1. Remove the top cover. See
2. Remove the card cage. See
3. Remove (2) #2 Phillips® screws from the baseplate.
4. Remove the harness from the interlock switch while making
note of which harness goes where.
5. Remove (2) #1 Phillips® screws, which secure the interlock
mounting bracket.

4.6.4 Remove the Lamp Exhaust Duct

(13 minutes)
1. Remove the top cover. See
2. Remove the lamp louver. See
3. Remove (2) #2 Phillips® screws from the front of the keypad assembly.
4. Remove (1) 3 mm hex screw from the rear of the keypad assembly. Remove the keypad assembly.
5. Remove (3) 3 mm hex screws, which secure the lamp exhaust duct. Remove the lamp exhaust duct.
6. Disconnect the temperature sensor #3 harness.
7. Remove the lamp exhaust duct.

Remove the Top Cover.
Remove the Card Cage
Remove the Top Cover.
Remove the Lamp Louver.
Assembly.
