d. Pinch the latch release and carefully press downward to seat the Drive
Assembly the rest of the way.
5. Push the enclosure back into the rack to ensure proper cooling.

Solution
1. Unseat the enclosure.
a. Remove the shipping screws.
b. Pull the enclosure out of the rack.
2. Remove the drive from the drive bay.
3. Inspect both the drive and drive carrier.
4. Install the drive.
