Description
When the
page opens, it
Colour Scale
offers one adjustment for each TVG
setting. The
settings
Colour Scale
control the sensitivity. By changing
each level to a more negative number,
you increase the sensitivity. This
done by controlling the minimum
level of detection.
The echo strength (A) changes with time. The minimum level of detection (B) is adjusted
up or down with the
function. Increasing the

Gain
reduces the minimum level, and this increases the sensitivity. Only echoes over the
minimum level are shown in the echogram (C).
The level shown is also reflected on the
button on the
menu. When you

increase the gain level (more positive number) , you reduce the minimum level, and thus
increase the sensitivity.
