Vertical Tick description

In order to create a horizontal scale, you can add short vertical marker lines to your
echogram. These lines are used to measure time or distance.
How to open
To activate the Vertical Tick function, click in the
echogram view to make it "active".
Select
on the
Echogram
tab to open the page. On the
Vertical Tick markers by selecting the type of markers
you wish to see.
Description
This function places short vertical markers on the top of the echogram. These lines are
used to measure time or distance.
: No vertical markers are shown.
None
: A short vertical line is drawn in the upper part of the echogram once every
Time
specified number of seconds.
: A short vertical line is drawn in the upper part of the echogram once every
Distance
specified number of 1/10 nautical miles.
This is a visual enhancement. It does not have any effect on the ES80 performance.
