Final drive oil level, checking
Oil level is checked with the transmission
installed
The difference between Min./Max. is 0.1 L. Excess oil
can be removed using the V.A.G 1358A extraction
system or EZ1 Fluid Evacuator.
Checking:
- Remove speedometer drive shaft and clean using
a cloth.
- Install and remove speedometer drive shaft, check
level and correct if necessary.
Note:
Final drive oil level must be between Min./Max. points
of speedometer drive shaft
