Description: The following alarms and LEDs indicate a problem with a host subsystem
Control Board and Routing Engine (CB-RE):
A red alarm indicates that the host subsystem has been removed.
The red host subsystem

Temperature Hot The chassis

threshold. If this
condition persists,
the router shuts
down.
Temperature sensor A temperature
sensor failed.

Solution
Verify that the
room
temperature is
within
acceptable
limits.
Verify that
there is
sufficient air
flow.
Verify that the
cooling system
in the chassis
is operating
properly.
