Retrieve E1 LRM BPV Data
This command returns the Bipolar Violation data for the specified E1 Line Re-Timing
Module or port.

indicates (integer value) that the BPV accumulates BPV Errored Seconds

(BPV-ES) when any seconds have a BPV error
indicates (integer value) that the BPV accumulates BPV Severely Errored

Seconds (BPV-SES) when any seconds have a severely BPV error
