Use this option to add a user to the system. If the user
exists in the system, this option exits with an error. After the
user ID is entered, you are prompted for a password.
Password entries are echoed as '*'. Valid password
characters are upper case, alphanumeric characters. After
you enter the password, you are prompted for the user level
(1 through 4).
Changes the password of the specified user. If the user id is
