Retrieve Local Time Offset

Retrieve Local Time Offset
This command returns the local offset time (the current local time is included in TL1
responses).
The local time offset is the difference between local and UTC times. If the local time
zone is ahead of UTC, the value of Offset is positive. If the local time zone is behind
UTC, the value of Offset is negative.
Syntax
RTRV-DAT:[tid]::ctag;
Response Format
"OFFSET:(+/-hh.mm)"<cr><lf>
where:
is the date of the last configuration change
ocrdat
is the time of the last configuration change
ocrtm
