Is there another printer in the area that has a proximity sensor?

Disable the sensor of the other printer.

Turn off the other printer.
•
If the other printer is a similar printer, then navigate to Settings >
Device > Power management > Timeouts, and then disable
the Proximity sensor setting.

Check the area within six feet of the printer for obstructions.
Is the area near the printer free of obstructions?
