enable password encryption

Description
This command is used to enable password encryption. The user account configuration information will
be stored in the configuration file, and can be applied to the system later.
If the password encryption is enabled, the password will be in encrypted form.
Format
enable password encryption
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To enable the password encryption:
EAS 200-24p:admin# enable password encryption
