config arpentry
Description
This command configures a static entry's MAC address in the ARP table. Specify the IP address and
MAC address of the entry.
Format
config arpentry <ipaddr> <macaddr>
Parameters
<ipaddr> - The IP address of the end node or station.

<macaddr> - The MAC address corresponding to the IP address above.
●
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To configure a static ARP entry, whose IP address is 10.48.74.121, set its MAC address to 00-50-BA-00-
07-37:
EAS 200-24p:admin# config arpentry 10.48.74.121 00-50-BA-00-07-37
Command: config arpentry 10.48.74.121 00-50-BA-00-07-37
Success.
