config mcast_filter_profile

Description
This command adds or deletes a range of multicast IP addresses to or from the profile.
Format
config mcast_filter_profile [profile_id <value 1-24> | profile_name <name 32>]
{profile_name <name 32> | [add | delete] <mcast_address_list>}(1)
Parameters
profile_id - ID of the profile.

<value 1-24> - Enter the profile ID value here. This value must be between 1 and 24.

profile_name - Provides a meaningful description for the profile.
●
<name 32> - Enter the profile name here. THe profile name can be up to 32 characters long.

add - Specifies to add a multicast address.

delete - Specifies to delete a multicast address.

<mcast_address_list> - (Optional) List of the multicast addresses to be put in the profile. You can

either specify a single multicast IP address or a range of multicast addresses using -.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To add the multicast address range 225.1.1.1 to 225.1.1.10 to the profile:
EAS 200-24p:admin# config mcast_filter_profile profile_id 2 add 225.1.1.1 -
225.1.1.10
Command: config mcast_filter_profile profile_id 2 add 225.1.1.1 - 225.1.1.10
Success.
