8 Other Functions
• Filter time constant (3014Hex-13Hex)
Set the filter time constant with respect to the pulse train input.
• PID feedback based on pulse train input (301FHex-14Hex = 3)
Perform the same processing as the frequency setting process for the pulse train, and convert to the
feedback value with the maximum frequency with respect to the frequency reference value of the
result as 100%. When one of the following conditions is satisfied at the same time, pulse train input
is used for both the set frequency and PID feedback.
• Set "12: Pulse train input" to Frequency Reference Selection (3004Hex-02Hex/3006Hex-1FHex).
• Set "13: Calculation result" to Frequency Reference Selection (3004Hex-02Hex/3006Hex-1FHex),
and set "5: Pulse train frequency" to Frequency Calculation Operation Target 1/Frequency Calcu-
lation Operation Target 2 (301FHex-20Hex/301FHex-21Hex).
• Operation frequency input setting based on pulse train input (301FHex-20Hex/301FHex-21Hex = 5)
Perform the same processing as the frequency setting process for the pulse train, and set the fre-
quency reference value of the result as the selection value of the operation frequency.

LAD Cancel Function

"LAD" is the function for calculating the acceleration/deceleration time. The LAD cancel function forci-
bly sets the acceleration/deceleration time to 0. When the LAC terminal is turned ON, the frequency
acceleration/deceleration function (LAD) is disabled and the frequency reference is output momentari-
ly.
This function is also applicable to the acceleration/deceleration during the jogging operation and the
deceleration during forced stop.
