Check if the braking resistor con-
nection terminals (P(+) and DB)
are short-circuited. Check if the
resistance value of the connect-
ed braking resistor is extremely
low.
→ Connect an appropriate brak-
ing resistor.
Check the measures against
noise (grounding condition, con-
trol/main circuit wiring and instal-
lation).
→ Take measures against noise.
→ Enable the function of Auto-
reset Count (3008-05 hex).
→ Connect a surge absorber to
the coil, solenoid, etc. of the
electromagnetic contactor, which
is the noise source.
Appendices
Connect an appropriate braking
resistor.
Excessive noise may be generat-
ed around the inverter. Consider
taking measures against noise.
