9 Troubleshooting
 Check point and remedy reference
Check 1st Motor Pole Number
(3007Hex-02Hex*) settings.
→ Set 3007Hex-02Hex* to match the mo-
tor used.
Measure the output current.
→ Reduce the load.
Check if mechanical braking is occurring.
→ Eliminate any mechanical braking.
Check 1st Overload Protect Level
(3004Hex-2DHex) data.
→ Change 3004Hex-2DHex to appropriate
values, or if current limiter operation is
not necessary, change 3004Hex-2CHex
data to 0 (Disable).
Check the object (3004Hex-05Hex*,
3004Hex-06Hex*, 3007Hex-02Hex*,
3007Hex-0DHex*) data to ensure that V/f
settings are correct.
→ Coordinate V/f settings with motor rat-
ings.
→ Change settings to match the motor
used.
Check that 3007Hex-02Hex*,
3007Hex-03Hex*, 3007Hex-04Hex*,
3007Hex-07Hex*, 3007Hex-08Hex*,
3007Hex-09Hex*, 3007Hex-0AHex*,
3007Hex-0BHex*, and 3007Hex-0DHex*
match motor constants.
→ Perform auto tuning with
3007Hex-05Hex*.
Check wiring to the motor.
→ Wire the inverter output wiring (U, V, W)
to motor wiring (U, V, W) respectively.
Check Torque Limit 3 (3005Hex-11Hex) data.
→ Change Torque Limit 3
(3005Hex-11Hex) to appropriate value,
or if torque limit operation is not neces-
sary, set it to 300%.
