Measure the piston pin bore I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 18.023 mm (0.7096 in)
Measure the O.D. of the piston pin.
SERVICE LIMIT: 17.988 mm (0.7082 in)
Calculate the piston-to-piston pin clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.035 mm (0.0014 in)
Measure the diameter of the piston at 13 mm (0.5 in)
from the bottom and 90° to the piston pin hole.
SERVICE LIMIT: 72.970 mm (2.8728 in)
CONNECTING ROD INSPECTION
Measure the connecting rod small end I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 17.985 mm (0.7081 in)
