DTC Troubleshooting (cont'd)
16. Check for continuity between A/F sensor (Sensor 1)
4P connector terminal No. 3 and PGM-FI subrelay
4P connector terminal No. 2.

Is there continuity?
YES
NO −
sensor (Sensor 1) and the PGM-FI subrelay, then go
to step 24.

PGM-FI SUBRELAY 4P CONNECTOR

Go to step 17.
Repair open in the wire between the A/F
17. Disconnect ECM/PCM connector A (49P).
18. Check for continuity between PGM-FI subrelay 4P
connector terminal No. 3 and ECM/PCM connector
terminal A22.

(RED/YEL) ECM/PCM CONNECTOR A (49P)

Is there continuity?
YES − Go to step 30.

NO Repair open in the wire between the ECM/
PCM (A22) and the PGM-FI subrelay, then go to
step 24.
