Tighten the four #10-32 locknuts on each of the rear slide assembly brackets.

Pull the middle slide members from the outer slide members until the rear
detents latch. This allows access to the release buttons when inserting the
chassis with attached inner slide members.

At the workbench, attach the inner slide members that were separated in
step 4 on page 5-6, to both sides of the T1000 AS chassis with four #10-32
Phillips screws each. Orient the inner slide members with the roller bearings
outward and the center tabs toward the front of the chassis. See Figure 5-8 for
a view of the inner member on the left side of the T1000 AS chassis. The inner
slide member orientation on the right side of the chassis is similar.
