Unique identifier in the snmpTargetAddressTable

send notifications.
Target IP address.
Number of the UDP port of the target host to use.
Target IP address mask.
Timeout setting for the target address.
Retry setting for the target address.
Entry in the snmpTargetParamsTable.
Whether entry is stored in volatile, nonvolatile or
read-only memory.
Status of this entry: active, notInService, or
notReady.
