ANAGEMENT
The policy configured with TS (e.g. gts) and queue (e.g. queue ef, queue af,
■
queue wfq) features cannot be applied on the interface as the input direction
policy.
Only the output direction policy configured with queue (e.g. queue ef, queue
■
af, queue wfq) features can be applied on ATM PVC.
The subinterface does not support queue (e.g. queue ef, queue af, queue wfq)
■
features but support TS (e.g. gts) and TP (e.g. car). The policy configured with
TS and TP can be applied on the sub-interface.
For logic interfaces such as virtual template and VE, since their default
■
bandwidth is 0 kbps under no binding with physical interface, to configure a
policy with queue (queue ef and queue af) features requires to execute the qos
max-bandwidth command on this interface, in order to make the bandwidth
of this interface meet the requirement of the policy configured with queue
features.
Configuration example
1 Network requirement
Configure a policy test and in the policy specify the traffic behavior for the data
with the class of test_class as test_behavior, and then apply the policy to the
inbound interface Ethernet1/0.
2 Configuration procedure
# Enter system view.
<Sysname> system-view
# Define a policy and enter its view.

# Specify the traffic behavior for a class.

[Sysname-qospolicy-test] quit
# Enter interface view.
[Sysname] interface ethernet 1/0
# Apply the policy to the interface.

Network requirement
As shown in the diagram below, Router C sends data stream across Router A and
Router B and finally to Router D. This requires:
The data streams sent by Router C can be grouped into four categories
■
according to the DSCP domain of IP packets. QoS policy is required in
