Configure a static LSP
taking the current LSR as

Support for the outgoing-interface interface-type interface-number keyword

If you specify the next hop when configuring a static LSP, and the address of

the next hop is in the routing table, you must specify the next hop when
configuring the static IP route.
If you specify the outgoing interface for a static LSP, you must also specify the

outgoing interface when configuring the static IP route.
When configuring an ingress or transit LSR, the local public network address

cannot be specified as the next hop.
