This register can be read or written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
Caution The PMC20, PMC25, and PMC26 bits also serve as external interrupts (INTP20, INTP25,
and INTP30). When not using them as external interrupts, mask interrupt requests
(refer to 7.3.4 Interrupt control registers (xxICn)).
