This command is used to power off communication ports B
and F. It will also power off the internal port used for the
heading and the CAN controller. The command will be
ignored if the heading board or the CAN controller is currently
on.
Syntax
$PASHS,ECP,OFF[*cc]

Turning off ports B and F:
