Troubleshooting
When selecting Yes, the segment data is cut. When selecting No, the automatic alignment is cancelled, but you can continue the manual alignment.
When selecting Yes, the navigate windows are shown to indicate the segment corner points.

Once all points are indicated, the segment data is cut.
If you don't want to continue in manual mode, select No, the contour cutting job is aborted.
